First Class

When you fly First Class with Qantas, the luxury extends from reservation to destination.

Seating

Stretch out in Qantas' luxurious sleeper beds. Controls on your armrest move your seat, leg rest and lumbar positioning from a relaxed reading position to completely reclined on your 6 feet 6 inch bed. Even in a sleeping position, the width between the armrests is 21.5 inches so there's plenty of room between you and your neighbours.

Relax with your cosy duvet, soft lamb's wool blanket, oversized linen pillow and Akira Isogawa designed slippers, eyeshades and pyjamas and enjoy the best flight's sleep you ever had.

Dining

Rockpool and Qantas have taken in-flight dining to new heights in First. Enjoy the unique restaurant style dining experience with a caviar service added to the menu, and the opportunity to indulge in an eight-course tasting menu. Delicious canapés are served before each meal service and snacks or light meals are available at any time during your flight.

Entertainment

The state-of-the-art entertainment system in First Class features a 21 centimetre touch screen; noise cancelling headsets; Audio-Video On-Demand (AVOD), which allows you to start, pause, fast forward, or stop any of the 400 program choices whenever you like; personal telephone and text messaging in every seat; and laptop 110 volt AC power outlets that can be used without the need for adaptor cables.

International business class

As a Qantas International Business Class customer, everything is geared to ensure you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing trip.

Seating

Qantas International Business Class features the award-winning, state-of-the-art sleeper seat, Skybed. A cocoon-style seat measuring 6 feet 6.5 inches long with extensive seat adjustment controls and maximum privacy, it has cushioned lumbar support and back massage features that allow you to sleep, work or just settle back and relax.

Dining

Choose to dine from the Neil Perry designed menu in full restaurant style or select the express meal option. The onboard Sommelier is also available for advice on the ideal wine accompaniment for every dish on the menu.

Entertainment

A 26.4 centimetre screen with multi-channel entertainment makes the hours fly by, while a PC outlet allowing laptops to be used without the need for adaptor cables ensures ease of working. Qantas International Business Class also boasts a world first SMS service accessed via the in-seat telephone with an in-flight reply facility.

International premium economy class

Recently Qantas announced its biggest enhancement since Skybed... the new International Premium Economy Class. It boasts extra legroom, spacious seats, dedicated check-in, priority boarding and an increased baggage allowance.

Seating

International Premium Economy seating includes 9 inch seat recline and up to 42 inch seat pitch legroom with extra wide 19.5 inch seat width and ergonomic cushioning. The seats are now larger with a 6-way adjustable headrest, integrated legrest with foldout footrest and wide centre console with fixed cocktail table and in-arm meal table.

Dining

Start your journey with a complimentary pre take-off champagne (or juice or water). When it's time to dine, enjoy Qantas' Neil Perry inspired menu complemented by premium Australian wines. And if you're peckish throughout the flight, choose from a selection of snacks and drinks whenever you like.

International Premium Economy also comes with premium entertainment. In-arm touch screen video monitors, multiport jacks with USB (A380 only) and RJ45 ports mean you can watch movies, play games and work with more ease than ever.

International economy class

Just because you're travelling in Economy doesn't mean your trip should be second-class.

Qantas' ergonomically designed slimline Economy seat offers greater comfort with features including lumbar support and adjustable headrest wings for extra head and neck support.

Dining

Qantas boasts healthier meal choices in International Economy on flights from Australia. 'Tick' approved meals, accredited by the National Heart Foundation, are now being served and are both tasty and nutritious.

All Qantas international B747-400 and A330 aircraft are fi tted with an Audio-Video On-Demand (AVOD) in-flight entertainment system offering digital picture and sound quality and a choice of 60 movies, 200 television programs, destination guides, 150 CDs, 20 radio channels and 10 interactive games. The award-winning monthly in-flight magazine, Qantas the Australian Way, is also available in the seat pocket.
